We ship anywhere in Europe ***

stylesmark.com Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm.

• DHL / UPS France and Europe Union,  3-5 Business Days once processed (1-2 Business Days).

* Processing may take a few days usually 1 to 2 days .
* The shipping time refers to the estimated time of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped.
* Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.
* We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, public holidays, customs issues, and any other event beyond our direct control.
* stylesmark.com cannot be held responsible for customs clearance delays or failed payments.
* Shipping times should only be used as a reference from the time of shipment.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an email from us with details of your purchase. Once your order is approved, stylesmark.com will dispatch your order.
You can keep track of your delivery progress by logging into your stylesmark.com account.
If you order several products, your items may arrive separately depending on the location of the store warehouse.

Cancellations

In the event you want to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible.
We cannot cancel dispatched orders as they are already on the way to you. They will have to be returned.
