Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS INFORMATIONS

We accept Returns within 14 days of receipt, the 14 days of return starts only after the customer receives the package, If 14 days have gone by since delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to accept your return request.

Returns that do not comply with our returns policy will not be accepted. Please be sure to read the return policy carefully before submitting your return request.

We do not offer free returns at this time. All products are sent from Italy, all returns from outside the European Union will be processed by customs in Italy.

The product will be accepted only if provided with the authenticity tag. The product must also be returned in the exact same conditions in which it left our warehouse.

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, unwashed or otherwise altered, with all their original components, included authenticity tags, intact and complete warranty seals and original packaging (including wrapping, boxes and any other material such as dust-bags, hangers and suit-covers).

Right of withdrawal can only be applied to whole purchased products; therefore, it cannot be performed on one or more components of purchased products.

Please note that we can only accept products from the same country they were shipped to.

Shipping costs paid originally placing the order will not be refunded, Import duties/taxes are non refundable as it's collected by Customs in your country.
. Additionally the return shipping cost will be also not refunded.

 Please note we cannot accepte exchanges at this time, however you can return your items. After return you can place a new order if you want a different colour, another size or an entirely different style item.


How can I make a return?

           1. Customers must send an e-mail to contact@stylesmark.com to request a returns acceptance you can also Click on Contact Page.

          2. Fill the form in all its fields and send the  request for acceptance of the return

          3. The written request should include the order number and the item code(s) of the goods to be returned and the reason for the return

         4. Your request will be processed within 24 hours to 48 hours and you will receive an email with details of the return steps to take

         5.  Once you have received the email from our service, you are ready to ship back the product (the return address is in Italy, it will be sent in the email in point 4)

         6. The shipment is under full responsibility of the customer until the package arrives to our logistics (in Italy).

         7. Once the package is received in our logistics, the return will be processes, checked and if the product is in the conditions stated above, the refund will be processed within maximum 10 working days from receipt.


If the client is not satisfied with the product we offer refund the total amount after the quality check, within 10 days.

In the case of defective, incorrect merchandise we invite you to immediately contact contact@stylesmark.com that We reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

We do our best to reply to messages within 1-2 working days.

The refund will be made with the same payment method used during the purchase. If you paid for the order by credit card, the refund will be made within 10 days and will appear on your next statement. Processing times may vary depending on the credit card company. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
